Description As a Tax Manager, you will monitor the portfolio for our clients for direct and indirect tax matters. You will also take ownership and provide guidance to the more junior team members, where necessary, on complex cases. You'll be a person of contact for tax matters for clients, tax administration and other teams. In your first few weeks in this Tax Manager role, you can expect to: - Monitor the portfolio for our clients for direct and indirect tax matters - Review the returns and other deliverables prepared by (Senior) tax officers - Take ownership and provide guidance to the more junior team members, where necessary on complex cases - Be a person of contact for tax matters for clients, tax administration and other teams - Develop strong working relationships with clients and other external and internal parties as required - Assist the more junior team members as well as the clients and internal teams in giving trainings and in communicating about tax updates - Ensure KPIs are respected - Ensure adherence to procedures and applicable policies - Participate to specific ad-hoc projects and support towards delivery and completion - Knowledge of Luxembourg Fund structures - Contribute to ad hod projects To apply, you will need to be a Senior Tax Officer/ Assistant Manager with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in tax-related matters pertaining to the fund administration industry. You will also require the following: - Relevant knowledge of tax requirements applicable in Luxembourg - Knowledge of Luxembourg taxation (direct, indirect tax), including DAC 6 Legislation - Fluent language skills in English (any other language is considered an advantage) You'll receive an excellent salary and benefits package for your knowledge, expertise and flexibility.
