Our client, a European Institution, is looking for its future Recruitment Officer. This job offer is a temporary contract for 2 months, with a possibility to extend.

**Your Responsibilities**:
- Play an active role in employer branding initiatives, such as organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Adhere to organizational policies, collaborate with team members to maintain proper archiving, and actively contribute to ongoing improvements.
- Engage in relevant projects, initiatives, and IT developments within the recruitment domain. This includes participation in tenders and working groups as needed.
**Your Profile**:
- Preferably holds a degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Possesses a minimum of three (3) years of post-graduation HR experience, ideally in recruitment within the banking or finance sector. Prior international recruitment experience, especially with IFIs, is advantageous.
- Understanding of employment terms and HR procedures within European Institutions.
- Highly proficient in MS Office tools, with an excellent command of English. Knowledge of French or other EU languages is a plus.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, customer focus, responsibility, initiative, and confidentiality.
- Client-oriented with a commitment to quality and excellence.
- Pays high attention to detail, possesses analytical and problem-solving skills.
