We are recruiting for one of our clients, located in Capellen an
**Operation Officer** for a permanent contract

Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of client queries and cash
- Verify client instructions
- Monitoring cash transactions of customers
- Follow up of orders
- Provide excellent customer service
- Conduct regular operational reviews
- Deliver relevant reporting to the Compliance and Executive committees and other analysis as required
Your Profile
- You have degree in Finance, or experience in related field
- Customer/Client focus
- You have the ability to work within a team environment
- You are proactive and have a solution-driven mindset
- You possess effective communication and writing skills
- You have strong collaboration skills with a client-focused approach
- You are fluent in French and English
