Our client, active company in rail freight throughout Europe, is looking for
**Sales Manager - Eastern Europe (M/F)**
Remote position - Company based in Luxembourg
**Your Missions**
- Manage the major accounts in Eastern Europe.
- Anticipate market developments and trends.
- Develop a new customer base in order to design solutions adapted to their needs for conventional rail.
- Carry out a strategic market and customer diagnosis.
- Build, formalize and implement an Account Business Plan.
- Negotiating trade agreements.
- Ensure coordination with operational services.
- Participate and ensure the follow-up of commercial actions to be undertaken.
- Produce, analyze and interpret business statistics.
- Participate in commercial events (fairs, meetings...).
**Your Profile**
- You have a university degree in Logistics or Transportation.
- You have at least 5 years similar experience in a railway or logistics company.
- You are fluent in English. Speaking German and one or several languages of Eastern Europe will be a strong advantage.
- You are a gifted communicator and have strong negotiation skills.
- You have the ability to set the right priorities and solve problems.
- Team spirit, initiative and flexibility are part of your strengths and the willingness to learn in a technically complex environment.
