**About the role**:
**What you can expect to do in the role**:

- Key Responsibilities:_
- Supporting the coordination of responses to queries, in a timely and efficient manner,
- supporting the investment process ensuring all documents are input for approval upon receipt,
- assisting with new client onboarding & new fund launches to successful completion,
- helping on the collection, scanning and storing of company and client documents,
- helping in the preparation of documents, templates, clients’ meeting, requested by the leadership,
- liaising with banks, administration and external parties,
- proactively supporting in presentation preparation, and in organizing meetings,
- contributing in the day-to-day activities by helping the team in punctual tasks.
- Must-Have Experience / Qualifications_:

- English: fluent level (spoken and written)
- Preferred Qualifications:_
- Undergoing a Degree in Business, or Finance
- Knowledge of Luxembourg Fund Industry
- Knowledge of French and/or German
- Skills & Behaviours:_
