We're seeking a
Fund Regulatory Reporting Analyst
to support our continued growth. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality fund reporting in a dynamic and evolving financial environment.

Role
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients comply with the ever-evolving regulatory environment. As a key member of the reporting team, you will:

• Oversee the preparation, review, and delivery of fund regulatory reports (including Prospectuses, PRIIPs, UCITS KI(I)Ds).
• Be part of the ESG annexes production (SFDR, TCFD, SDR)
• Produce and validate institutional data templates such as EPT, EMT, EET and others.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all deliverables.
• Stay informed of regulatory developments and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Support the integration of new reporting frameworks and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Preparation, review, and delivery of fund regulatory reports (Prospectus, PRIIPs, SFDR, UCITS KIIDs)
• Production and validation of institutional data templates (EPT, EMT, EET and others)
• Collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all deliverables
• Support the integration of new reporting frameworks and best practices

Mus t Have

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field
• Fluency in English (French or German is a plus)
• Experience (or strong interest) in fund reporting, compliance, or regulatory analysis
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Valid work permit for Luxembourg

Nice to have

• Familiarity with PRIIPs, UCITS, EPT, EMT is a strong plus
• Any European language (French, German,..)
• Knowledge of the Luxembourg Finance regulatory framework (e.g. UCITS, AIFMD, CSSF Circulars, etc.)
• Technology savviness
