**We are seeking an Assistant Manager in Regulatory and Compliance for our Consulting Team**

With increasing regulatory scrutiny and compliance requirements, our clients in the banking and financial services industry rely on expert guidance to ensure robust Regulatory and Compliance practices. As an Assistant Manager in our Consulting team, you will provide essential support in helping clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes and strengthen their compliance frameworks in alignment with EU and local regulations.

**What you will be working on**:
- Assist in building and optimizing compliance frameworks that ensure accountability, transparency, and alignment with regulatory requirements.- Support clients in understanding EU and local regulatory obligations, helping them address compliance challenges and maintain alignment with industry standards and best practices.- Contribute to assessments of regulatory changes, evaluate compliance risks, and recommend targeted strategies to address gaps and mitigate risks.- Collaborate in designing and implementing tailored compliance solutions that address client-specific needs, offering actionable recommendations and overseeing successful integration.- Foster relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and industry associations, serving as a knowledgeable advisor on regulatory and compliance matters.- Assist in mentoring and developing a team of junior RC professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring they stay ahead of evolving regulatory trends.

**What we look for**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audit, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in the Financial Sector or Consulting, with a focus on regulatory compliance and risk management.
- Proven expertise in EU and local regulatory requirements, with the ability to translate complex regulatory challenges into practical, risk-based solutions.
- Strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
- Fluency in English and French or German.
