**Description**
- Partner with the Office Managing Partner to plan and oversee all office operations
- Collaborate with the HR, IT, Finance, Facilities, Marketing to ensure alignment with firm and regional strategies
- Work with the global procurement team to manage vendor interactions and negotiations
- Plan and coordinate office events within approved budgets
- Draft, proofread, and manage written and electronic correspondence; organize and distribute materials to clients
- Mentor team members by answering questions and providing training
- Lead departmental and firm-wide projects and initiatives
- Review and validate lease-related charges and invoices to ensure consistency with lease agreements
**Profile**
- University degree
- Minimum of five years of progressive office administration experience, ideally in an law firm
- Fluency in English
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with Aderant and Carpe Diem is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with the utmost discretion
