We are currently seeking a Translation Coordinator to join our Luxembourg office.

Responsibilities include:

- Working as part of a team to handle translation projects
- Instructing translation agencies and proof-readers, and monitoring deadlines according to each project
- Ensuring that internal processes are accurately followed
- Involvement in the continuous review and improvement of processes
- Between 1-5 years of experience in an administrative and detail-oriented role
- Experience in the field of translations project management (desirable)
- Professional command of English both written and verbal. French language skills would be beneficial
- Good organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail

Location: Luxembourg

**Job Requirements**:

- A Bac+2/Bac+3 degree or equivalent work experience
- An EU work permit
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Diligent and pro-active approach
- Ability to work well as part of a tight-knit team
