For our **HQ in Luxembourg **we are seeking for a **Junior Buyer Paper **who will be part of the Procurement Packaging department and who will work for the team in charge of Paper Categories.

**Main Tasks**:
- Support in category management;
- Manage pricing (forecast analysis, preparation of the weekly request for quotation accordingly with the categories’ strategy, act as a first contact for topics related to pricing);
- Offer process (Obtaining competitive offers through the RFQ (Request for Quotation) from the identified possible sources;
- Prepare and issue RFQ, follow-up on the possible sources, answer their questions, establish comparative analysis of answers or benchmarking charts according to the bid analysis criteria;
- Create and maintain the info record list on SAP to ensure an accurate and prompt management in order to allow the correct flow of purchase orders;
- Supply market analysis by evaluating new players on the market mainly on industrial and financial point of view;
- Maintain the RFI’s database for the Ferrero suppliers collecting all the relevant data;
- Support the team with all analysis, preparation of the price negotiation and in contract management;
- Segment and manage the supplier base (support the supplier governance models, support proactively the quantitative analysis of the supplier base);
- Upstream market analysis (analysis of supply market evolutions and trends with related impact on business and new opportunities);
- Maintain the database of the paper price and the related simulation models.

Job Requirements

**Profile**:
- Master Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Legal Studies or related fields;
- Less than a year of work experience with a strong interest in Procurement;
- Previous role in a purchasing department or paper related industries preferred;
- Enthusiasm and commitment to excellence with a result-oriented mentality;
- Analytical mindset to be able to quickly understand/derive the vendor’s true cost structure;
- A fast learner who rapidly moves up the learning curve and wants to continue to take over new responsibilities;
- Ethical and strong personal values.

**IT Skills**:
- Proficiency in MS Office skills;
- Knowledge of SAP ERP (as a user) will be considered a plus.

**Languages**:
- Fluent in English;
- Italian and French will be considered a plus.
