Our client, an **international pharmaceutical Group** is in search in a **Logistic & Transportation Officer** (M/F) to International Office **based in Luxembourg**.

**Your responsibilities will include, among others**:

- Organize and control a part of logistic flows providing guidance to 3rd party supplier based in Ireland.
- Monitor shipments and prepare, register and control travel and transport documents & insurances
- Provide to receiver follow up on deliveries planning
- Interface with suppliers in order to organize collections and delivery of raw materials and semi-finished
- Shipping document management & archiving to comply
- Guarantee compliance with quality and safety standards
- Purchasing Service Materials and stock monitoring (data loggers, thermal blanket, soft boxes etc.)
- Preparation of delivery notes in SAP system
- Create a tracking and reporting system on shipments
- Manage forwarder MD on ERP system
- Manage on ERP system POs to forwarders
- Manage service entry sheets over ERP system for logistic services received
- Manage the goods movement between different storage locations on SAP system
- Closely working with purchasing, customer service and invoicing departments in daily business.

University degree in economics / business administration

**Work experience (customer service, logistics) of at least 2+ years in international business.**

**Fluent in verbal and written English** (knowledge Italian is consider as a plus)

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Reliable, pro-active, ability to multi-task

Constant professional attitude towards challenge

Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills

Problem solver, extremely response and know how to adapt crisis situation

**Excellent knowledge of Excel and IT minded.**

**Knowledge of SAP is a plus**
