**Your missions**

As Compliance Officer, you will:

- Ensure that internal procedures comply with current legislation, regulations and standards, and draft new departmental procedures where necessary.
- Be reponsible for controls designed to reduce compliance risks in terms of financial security and you ensure that permanent controls are carried out properly.
- Participate in defining and updating risk criteria and levels.
- Carry out all due diligence work.
- Ensure that KYC is regularly updated in line with customer risks.
- Be responsible for monitoring, reorganizing and structuring some projects/ files.

**Your ideal profile**
- Master's degree in Law or Business School
- You have 5 or more years' successful initial experience in a similar position, which has enabled you to acquire a methodology and excellent knowledge of the rules in force in terms of Compliance and Financial Security.
- You are recognized for your rigor, flexibility and excellent analytical, summarizing and drafting skills.
- You are familiar with the operation of tools dedicated to compliance and have a good command of traditional office automation tools.
- Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project
- Access to your test results to guide you to your best career choices
- Interview coaching session before the client meeting
- Consistent and fair recruitment process with respect, transparency and trust
