We are looking for a **Vice President - Sales/Business Development/Fund Onboarding** to join our fast-growing, dynamic and entrepreneurial 3rd party Management Company (UCITS/AIFM) based in Luxembourg. We are looking for someone with proven sales/BD and fund onboarding experience working in Luxembourg third party Management Company/AIFM, who is empathetic, collaborative and results driven. This role would suit an agile and dynamic leader with excellent communication and listening skills.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Support the Managing Director in sales/business development of new clients for the management company/AIFM,
- Identify sales opportunities, create sales presentations, prepare sales proposals and identify cross-sell opportunities,
- Coordinate and work together with Kroll’s global sales/marketing teams,
- Organize local and global marketing/networking events,
- Onboard new clients and new funds (UCITS, AIFs),
- Manage effective and timely onboarding of clients/funds, including AML/KYC and relevant documentation,
- Coordinate on-boarding and setup of the fund structure as well as the implementation of the relevant contracts, in cooperation with the lawyers and service providers,
- Prepare and maintain checklists for processes,
- Coordinate with external parties and internal teams for fund set-up and onboarding,
- Be the main point of contact for clients’ requests and queries (strong service focus),
- Build, maintain and proactively develop long-term relationships with our clients to maximize client satisfaction,
- Coordinate with internal and external stake holders to fulfil client requests,
- Coordinate with internal and external providers on the full life cycle of the fund,
- Keep files, documents and databases up to date,
- Support and coordinate other team members with client matters and requirements,
- Make sure all deliverables are fulfilled,

**Requirements**:
**Your profile**:

- You have gained at least 7-9 years’ experience in Luxembourg Management Company/AIFM in sales/BD/CRM role or similar relevant experience,
- Strong project management skills,
- Strong client and commercial skills,
- Experience managing a team,
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen to clients and provide adequate solutions,
- You have a university degree in Business school in Business Management or Accounting / Finance,
- Very good knowledge of alternative fund structures / asset classes (i.e. real estate, private equity, debt, fund of funds), RAIF, SICAR, SCSPs,
- Very good knowledge of Luxembourg investment laws, in particular the AIFM law,
- Very good knowledge of current industry standards,
- You are fluent in English; knowledge of German or French will be considered as an asset,
- Excellent written communication and drafting skills; and the ability to prioritize tasks,
- You are solution-oriented, pro-active and team player,
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in team with good corporate culture,
- Open-minded and motivated,
