We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Trustee & Depositary join our Depositary Governance & Regulatory Supervision (DGRS) team. This role is located in Luxembourg.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

- Interact with Clients, service providers, counterparties and Auditors to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Act as the TD representative in clients’ meetings in case of escalation.
- Accountable for building a strong Operating Model.
- Responsible for the oversight of the depositary activity through management controls.
- Interact with Clients, service providers, counterparties and Auditors to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Support the implementation of new risk-based approach aligned with the book of business.
- Follow, and enhance the procedures and controls designed to ensure activity is performed according to regulatory requirements.
- Proactive participation in team meetings and providing training to other team members.
- Identify and implement training on regulatory changes.
- Oversight the outsourcing model, to ensure timely and accurate completion of reporting.
- Assist and contribute whenever required to all other depositary tasks allocated to him/her.
- Ensure the issuance of the regulatory reporting (SAQ, Survey etc).
- Manage audit, compliance and CSSF onsite inspections.
- Manage in full autonomy all assigned tasks.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- Any additional qualifications in financial markets will be a plus. (Masters, Diploma, etc).
- Relevant experience in the Fund Industry is required - experience in audit (BIG 4).
- Excellent knowledge in Real Estate and Private Equity.
- Perfect command of English. Any additional languages would be considered as an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the UCITS and AIFM laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical, communication and organization skills (both verbal and written).
- Agile, adapt quickly.
- Rigorous.

- Capacity to work under pressure.
- Team management skills.
