**Company Secretary Coordinator: The Function**
- You will **maintain and develop overall corporate administration** for a large variety of customers located in several countries (France, Belgium, Spain ). As a Company Secretary Coordinator you will organize the Board's meetings, draft the minutes, create and liquidate the companies
- You will be responsible for **improving corporate processes and evaluate them** according to a improvements plan
- By using new technologies (PowerBi, Docusign, AI ) you will be able to enhance and build more efficient reporting tools
- As an expert in the corporate compliance fields you will advise the governance members on compliance developments of their customers
- You will **create internal manuals to explain the corporate compliance rules** in effect in the firm to other departments

**Company Secretary Coordinator: Your Profile**
- You are fluent in English and have knowledge in other languages (French, Dutch, or German will be assets)
- Previous experience of 10 years in a similar function (in a Service Provider), experience in the real estate fund industry is a plus.
- You must have a **Master's degree in Law.**:

- You have strong analytical skills complemented with good communication skills.
- You are able to build clear processes and see improvement opportunities.
- You are willing to travel to the other offices (based in Belgium, Nederlands..).
