LEGAL OFFICER - ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPANY - CITY-CENTER LUXEMBOURG

Our cllient is a global leader in active fixed income with expertise across public and private markets.

They’re looking for a Legal Officer with ~2 years’ experience to join a strong team.

The structure is located in the city-center. Enjoy a safe and stable environment, not too big not too small with flat hierarchy and flexible hours.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Preparing contracts and reports as necessary
- Being involved in implementing structure in EU.
- Preparing board and shareholders´ meetings
- Drafting board meeting minutes and other relevant legal documents
- Providing ongoing legal services to your client portfolio
- Participating in cross-departmental projects

**Role Requirements**
- Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, or Economics
- Have at least 1,5 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of AIFs is an asset
- Being fluent in English, French will be considered an advantage
