**Legal in-house Officer**:
**_Based in Hamm_**:
Within the Risk & Compliance department, you will work closely with our Arendt's Head of Risk & compliance who is also the Data Protection Officer, on a wide range of legal aspects.

**Your role**:

- To assist with general legal issues and questions related to the daily activities of Arendt;
- To prepare and review inhouse/external legal documentation as GDPR clauses, contracts with service providers, NDA ;
- To participate actively in the implementation of an updated contract database;
- To assist and participate in the coordination with the General Counsel department.

**Your profile**:

- You hold a Master’s degree in Law;
- You have at least **2 years of professional experience**, preferably in a similar role which allow you to understand the challenges of an internal organization, as well as its legal, corporate and regulatory aspects;
- You are pragmatic and you pursue your objectives with perseverance and resilience while knowing how to adapt to changes and unforeseen event;
- You have a perfect command of **French and English**, both spoken and written;
- You are well organized, structured, rigorous and forward-thinking; you are sensitive to keeping matters confidential;
- You are proactive and like challenges that require agility and perseverance;
- You are recognized for your interpersonal skills and are used to naturally interact with stakeholders from various professions and communicate clearly and with empathy;
- You are good team worker with a practical, solution-oriented approach;
- You have an advanced level in the use of MS Office tools.
