infeurope S.A. is looking for a Reporting Clerk to join as part of one of our Project management teams. Your primary responsibility will be to quickly compile, edit, and quality check high standard reports created for a variety of meetings of an European Institution. You will be a part of the report creation process, developing and appraising a knowledge base of report documents, as well as identifying ways to improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of the process.

The role is based in Luxembourg but applicants must be fluent in English (native or C1 level) with excellent editing and skills as a wordsmith. Furthermore, they will require a strong ability to comprehend what are considered as important concepts within meetings, and be able to provide a clear concise report whilst working to tight deadlines and within an international environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Quickly compile, edit, and conduct rigorous quality control on reports which contain scientific content (e.g. Public Health) ensuring that these are presented according to high standards and expectations in a professional and concise manner.
- Attend and review meetings conducted by others (often non-native English speakers) and coordinate the preparation of these materials, with a focus on speed, into a completed report.
- Coordinate the preparation of reports before meetings take place.
- Develop knowledge of best methods to prepare, compile, and present these said reports.
- Job opportunity for **young graduates**. The degree can be in any domain, but Literature, Journalism, Communications or similar writing focused will be an advantage.
- Affinity with using online video-conferencing tools (Webex, MS-Teams) will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS-Office, respectively Ms-Word.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in an international environment will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of French and/or German will be an advantage.
