**THE ROLE**

As a member of the Multifonds services team, you are assigned on client projects.
The nature of those projects varies from implementation of new clients, implementation of new modules, or software version upgrade for existing clients.
Under the leadership of a project manager, you are in charge of addressing client reporting needs in relation with the Multifonds Global Accounting and Global Investor software

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- You will participate in business analysis to translate functional specifications into reporting requirements
- You will maintain clear and coherent communication, both verbal and written, to understand data needs and provide feedback
- You will write SQL queries and develop reports using Tibco Jaspersoft or Oracle Analytics Publisher (formerly Oracle Bi Publisher)
- You will ensure deliverables quality
- You will handle troubleshoot issues related to data accuracy or consistency
- You will handle troubleshoot performance issues
- You will provide training, guidance and support to client reporting teams
- You will handle handover activities when transitioning to support mode
- You will interact with Multifonds development, architecture, product and support teams

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- You should have knowledge of MS-Windows and Linux operating systems
- You should have excellent skills in SQL, PL/SQL and Oracle databases
- You should have working experience with any reporting technology
- You should have knowledge of either Tibco Jaspersoft or Oracle Analytics Publisher would be an asset
- You should have knowledge of Multifonds Global Accounting or Global Investor data model would be an asset
- You should have experience on Multifonds projects
- You should have curiosity to learn new technologies
- You should have excellent analytical and logical skills
- You should have ability to address problems with methodology
- You should have ability to anticipate client needs and be proactive
- You should have strong motivation to continuously increase quality and efficiency
- You should have good presentation and communication skills
- You should be autonomous, rigorous, resilient under pressure, and well organized
- You should have sbility to work within a multidisciplinary and multicultural team (spread across geographies)
- You should have knowledge of ITIL
- You should have proficient English level
- You should be ready to travel for business trips
