**Your Responsibilities**|** Associate Corporate - Corporate - M&A - Law - Legal - Avocat**
- You will offer your clients a personalized approach and quality-oriented advice in terms of corporate transactions such as in the context of **mergers, acquisitions, restructurings** but you also assist with **incorporations and liquidations**.
- You will **draft**, negotiate and review **legal documents** and contracts and proactively assist your clients in the follow-up or in case they have questions. Remaining up to date with all evolutions in terms of corporate law is an integral part of your function as this allows you to maintain the high standards of service of the law firm.

- You have acquired **between 2 and 6 years** of experience in a Law firm in Luxembourg, specifically in Corporate law / M&A.
- You are a member of the Luxembourg or another European Bar. You can also demonstrate a stable career path so far and you have not changed firms every year for example.
- Indeed, as the **staff turn-over is close to zero** in this law firm, they are looking for someone who wishes to invest themselves long-term.
- Fluency in **French** and **English** is a prerequisite to ensure fluid communications with clients and your colleagues. Personality wise, you describe yourself as easy going and keen to discover and learn new things. If that is the case, this law firm will be a great fit for you.
