**Missions**:
En tant qu’« HR Business Partner », vous avez pour mission de créer et de maintenir un partenariat efficace, dynamique et performant avec les départements dont vous avez la charge et de mettre en œuvre les méthodes et processus RH définis dans les domaines du recrutement, du développement des compétences et de la gestion des carrières. Vous êtes le point d’entrée des responsables et des agents des départements dont vous avez la charge pour toutes les questions RH.

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Vous créez un partenariat efficace avec les départements dédiés afin d’accompagner et de conseiller les responsables dans leurs problématiques RH et organisationnelles vous les aidez dans la mise en œuvre de solutions;
- Avec les responsables métier, vous identifiez les besoins en recrutement des départements et pilotez le processus de sélection des nouveaux agents;
- Vous gérez le processus d’intégration des nouveaux arrivants;
- Vous participez activement à l’élaboration des procédures RH, vous les déployez dans les départements dont vous êtes en charge ; vous fournissez conseils et orientations en cas de besoin;
- Vous jouez un rôle de facilitateur de relations au sein des équipes, vous identifiez et aidez à la résolution de conflits potentiels;
- Vous êtes en charge de la gestion des carrières et de la mobilité interne pour vos départements;
- Vous relayez auprès des départements concernés la communication interne RH définie par le département RH;
- Vous assurez le reporting de votre activité tel que défini par votre hiérarchie;
- Vous participez à la mise en œuvre de projets RH, notamment dans les domaines de la gestion de la performance et des potentiels, gestion de talents, employer branding, santé au travail, etc.

**Profil**:
**Compétences techniques**
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des métiers IT et/ou un fort intérêt pour les métiers IT;
- Vous avez de fortes compétences dans les domaines de l’évaluation de compétences et de l’accompagnement de carrières;
- Vous disposez de bonnes connaissances en droit social et droit du travail luxembourgeois;
- Vous disposez de bonnes compétences rédactionnelles.

- Vous démontrez des réelles capacités d’écoute et de communication;
- Vous disposez de bonnes compétences d’analyse et de synthèse;
- Vous êtes ouvert au changement et aimez faire progresser l’existant;
- Vous travaillez aisément de façon autonome et en équipe.

**Conditions d’admission**:
**Diplômes**

Vous êtes titulaire d’un grade ou diplôme délivré par un établissement d’enseignement supérieur reconnu par l’Etat du siège de l’établissement et sanctionnant l’accomplissement avec succès d’un master en ressources humaines ou en psychologie ou de son équivalent.

**Expérience**

Vous avez une expérience de 5 ans minimum dans une fonction RH, idéalement en tant que HR Business Partner ou HR Generalist.

**Nationalité**

Vous êtes ressortissant d’un État membre de l’Union européenne.
