The Luxembourg Stock Exchange, and it’s amazing HR Team, are looking for an:
**Senior HR Business Partner**

Permanent contract (F/M)

Tasks/missions
- Implement and develop HR initiatives in line with the overall business strategy;
- Support Team leaders in their HR role and responsibilities: provide operational support and business insights on resourcing, training, performance, talent management and development;
- Handle the entire employee life cycle (onboarding, career progression and internal mobility);
- Contribute to maximizing people’s potential through talent identification and development processes;
- Design and deliver training sessions on soft skills topics (performance management, potential assessment, techniques of feedback, etc);
- Deal with complex or sensitive people management issues;
- Lead various HR projects such as Actions Positives, Employer Branding, Employee Engagement;
- Conduct Career Conversations.

Profile
- You hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent;
- You have a relevant experience of minimum 5 years as HR Business Partner, ideally in a financial environment;
- You have strong communication, listening, challenging, influencing and presenting skills both in English and in French (written & spoken) - any other language is an asset;
- You have a proactive & flexible approach to business and used to work both autonomously and in a team;
- You are able to professionally handle sensitive and confidential information;
- You are able to coach and influence as appropriate to ensure successful results;
- You have the ability to prioritize your workload thanks to your excellent organisational skills;
- You are curious, creative-minded and not afraid to try.
