For our Management Company in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for RC to join the Compliance and AML/CFT team. We offer a dynamic and international corporate atmosphere adapted to your needs throughout your career. **JOB DESCRIPTION**: As RC, you will closely work with and report to the Conducting Officer in charge of Compliance and to the “RR” of the Company. You will be led to take on the following responsibilities: - Ensure compliance of the AIFM with Luxembourg Anti-money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing (“AML/CTF"). Be the single point of contact of CSSF and any relevant entities for any RC duties such as AML reports, AML surveys or ad hoc requests from the regulator - Development and implementation of the Management Company’s AML/CTF due diligence and on-going oversight programme - Meet the qualifications set by CSSF in the FAQ of March 2021 to act as an RC in Luxembourg - Coordinate with all teams involved and external service providers where applicable (Portfolio Manager, Investment Advisor, Transfer Agent, Depositary ) - Draft and ongoing review of the AML guidelines at the level of the AIFM - Ensure the establishment of an AML/CTF risk appetite and periodic AML/CTF risk assessments - As MLRO, review and communicate Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to law enforcement in a timely manner - Provide significant support on the annual AML due diligence of service providers as part of the oversight control - Maintain the library of template required documentation - Onboarding of any new mandates and be involved in the service proposal process - Provision of AML/CFT trainings to local staff and guidance to distribution teams on private placement rules in relation to the offering of Funds - Day-to-day responsibility for responding to AML/CTF queries from the business on the Management Company’s AML/CTF risk-based approach or KYC issues **YOUR PROFILE**: - Significant, proven experience in the field(s) of financial Regulation and Compliance in Luxembourg, especially in the field of AML/CFT applicable to AIFM/UCITS (minimum 7 years of relevant experience) - Previous experience as RC/MLRO is required - Decision making mindset - Solid understanding of investment funds industry - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise and collaborate with individuals at all levels, being helpful and co-operative whilst working towards team goals - Detailed knowledge of the local Luxembourg regulatory and legal environment and a good understanding of EU and other international regulatory regimes - You are able to take important responsibilities, work autonomously and engage good working relationships with a range of stakeholders including clients, investors and external service providers - You have a professional level of English (spoken and written), French is considered as an asset, any additional language is a plus LI-IR1 #Hybrid
