**Job Description**:
Supporting the preparation of comprehensive written reports on compliance matters for the AIFM’s Executive Committee and Board of Directors or the regulator, you will raise awareness to AIFM staff on the importance of compliance and related aspects.

In Collaboration with our Chief Compliance Officer in its RC role (e.g. preparation of AML reports), you will enhance the compliance monitoring (risk-based approach) and compliance risk assessments and assist the Chief Compliance Officer on compliance questions and rules.

Challenge, set up and maintain policies and procedures, as well ensure the policies and procedures are properly implemented. You will perform regulatory watch and inform the Conducting Officers about any relevant regulatory changes in the compliance area and advise on all compliance aspects associated with transactions or projects.

Supporting our Compliance department in the onboarding of new clients and related periodic reviews, you will as well participate to the Acceptance Committee to provide the Compliance opinion and perform 2nd level of control on world check name screening and monitoring against targeted financial sanctions lists.

You will communicate with the authorities in all Compliance-related matters and Awareness raising and training of personnel in the area of Compliance (to this end, the Compliance Department develops a continuous training program and ensures its implementation)

**Qualifications**:

- Master/Bachelor in Law/Finance or an equivalent degree
- 4-6 years professional experience in a Compliance related function in an AIFM
- Profound knowledge on AIFM legislation and CSSF Circular 18/698
- Deep knowledge on Luxembourg AML and AIF Compliance laws
- Profound knowledge in Delegates Oversight and Complaints Handling will be considered as a plus
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in English; additional language would be considered an asset
