We are searching for AML/CTF Compliance Officer acting as “Responsible du Contrôle” primarily for Luxembourg-domiciled funds. This person ideally has prior experience being MLRO/RC and is already registered with the CSSF. Our client can offer a professional and friendly working environment, with impeccable compliance expertise within the team

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Ensuring that Funds activities are conducted in compliance with applicable AML/CTF laws and regulations, including company policies and procedures
- Acting as an advisor for Fund Boards, senior management and staff on AML/CTF-related matters
- Maintain and keep communication to a high standard with CSSF and other regulatory
- authorities
- Monitor delegates such as Fund administrators and Portfolio Managers in relation to financial crime activities
- Ensure that each Fund has the appropriate AML framework, Business-wide and individual risk assessment, policies and procedures
- Collaborating with oversight teams for the AML/CTF oversight

**Whom are we looking for?**
- At least 4 years of relevant experience working in an AML role, experience in an AIFM/management company, audit or advisory firm is an advantage.
- Eligibility for approval from the CSSF to act as RC, and previous experience is an advantage.
- AML exposure to some of the following asset classes AIFM products (Real Estate, Private Equity, Infrastructure, Debt) and UCITS is an advantage.
- Demonstrate strong regulatory knowledge of Luxembourg and EU AML regulations.
- Any experience working with the regulator is desirable.
- Fluent English, any additional languages are beneficial
