The ABBL is the largest professional association in the financial sector, representing most financial institutions as well as regulated financial intermediaries, law firms, consultancies, auditors, market infrastructures, e-money and payment institutions. It promotes the sustainable development of regulated, innovative, and responsible banking services in Luxembourg.

**Your tasks**:

- Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, memos, presentations, and other documents
- Help follow up events, conferences, and meetings, including logistics, attendees, and materials preparation
- Provide assistance in the preparation, organization and follow-up of the meetings of governing bodies and other high-level meetings

**Your profile**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a senior or executive assistant preferably within a banking or financial services environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French. Luxembourgish is an advantage
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- High level of attention to details
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with learning new softwares
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
