Here at Batmaid our objective is to become the global leading provider of the “well-being at home” with high-quality cleaning services. And with 150 employees and more than 4.000 Trusted Professional Cleaning Agents with headquarters based in Switzerland and expanding across Europe, we are making that a reality.

Batgroup was created in order to reinforce our primary mission: the fight against Black Market and making sure that the cleaning industry workers have the coverage and insurance that they should benefit from. Within the Batgroup we have a variety of identities that we provide, allowing a large assortment of services from booking a cleaning through Batmaid, to hiring their house cleaning employee through Batsoft.

For this reason, we are looking for an **intern **to help us develop the business in our office in a co-working space in the center of **Luxembourg**. You will be involved in several aspects of our business (HR, Business Development, Customer Experience and Marketing) in the Luxembourg market after a week of intensive training in our Lausanne office in Switzerland.

**Tasks**:

- Able to demonstrate professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude while engaging customers and agents orally and in writing
- Organise the agents' schedules and replacements according to the customers' bookings
- Develop creative and proactive solutions to day-to-day and event-based problems,(delays, absences, etc.). Be an active member of the lean process improvement efforts by participating in continuous improvement projects and engaging in solutions to challenges
- Ensure customer and agent retention and satisfaction by providing a 5* service
- Identify and develop a new portfolio of B2C customers
- Establish long term partnerships
- Report and coordinate directly with Batmaid's senior management in Switzerland

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English and French is essential, Luxembourgish and/or German is a plus
- Proactivity, creativity and initiative
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- You are a fast learner and focus on improving your skills
- Ability to manage projects independently and simultaneously, and to perform multiple tasks on a large scale
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail
