Internship - Customer Service (Branch Network)

To support the teams in our branch network, we are looking for an intern to assist with customer service. This internship is for a duration of 6 months, starting in September 2025. Please note that only applicants who can provide an internship agreement from their school will be considered.
**Your Mission**:
As a branch intern, you will gain hands-on experience interacting with ING Luxembourg clients in our branches. Your main responsibilities will include:
Welcoming clients in the branches
Handling returned mail (customer responses, mail returned by the post office, etc.)
Ensuring the proper execution of all administrative and/or operational tasks necessary for the smooth running of the service
Providing day-to-day banking support to the team
**Your Profile**:
**Knowledge and Experience**:
Bachelor’s degree (minimum Bac+3) with a focus in economics or finance.
First experience in the financial sector will be considered an asset
**Skills**:
Strong interpersonal and commercial skills
Genuine interest in the world of financial institutions and businesses
Autonomy and proactivity
Attention to detail
Proficiency in IT and office tools, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet
**Languages**:
Fluency in spoken and written French and English is essential
Knowledge of any other community language (Luxembourgish, Dutch, German, etc.) will be considered an asset
