**Junior Project Marketing Manager (M/F)**

**The role**

It is the responsibility of our Marketing Team to understand and anticipate market and customer needs. To identify opportunities and to turn these into successful winning projects.

As part of the marketing team, you play a major role, orchestrating the launches of innovations for the categories you will manage: following customers’ projects as well as participating in the marketing strategy of our company.

**The mission**
- Become an expert on market trends and competitive landscape through qualitative and quantitative analyses.
- Plan and manage cross-functional projects.
- Act as a liaison between sales, R&D and marketing.
- Develop product positioning to differentiate our offering in the market.
- Collaborate with the Direction to measure product and project success.

**The products**

You will be supporting your team and responsible for developing the following products:

- Make-Up: Mascaras and Lips.
- Nails: Nails Polish and Nail Care.

From market quantification, to product gap analysis, your main challenge will be to drive the development of an entirely new liquid eyeliner and alternative nail products portfolio

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree with relevant experience in the role of Marketing Project/ Product Development
- Fluent in English and French: strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- High sensibility and affinity to product testing
- Creativity
- Result-oriented
- Experience in the cosmetic industry is a plus
