Junior Corporate Advisor

Boreal Investments S.A. is privately held company that handles investment management for a high-net-wealth individual according to a combination of capital growth and preservation strategy. Boreal Investments S.A. holds investments in private equity, real estate, stock market and direct deals across various sectors and geographies.

In order to strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a:
**Junior Corporate Advisor**

The individual will contribute to various aspects of company operations including taking primary responsibility for providing corporate services for the Company’s investment structure and SPVs, ensuring robust corporate governance.
- Draft, review and monitor legal documents e.g. board resolutions, loan agreements, proxies etc.
- Liaise with advisors to ensure full compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and coordinate AML/KYC files and operations
- Manage invoices and set payments through online banking
- Maintain and organize office files, correspondence and supplies
- Organize and prepare materials for internal meetings, including agendas and presentations.
- Conduct market studies and researches to support investment strategies
- Assist with preparation and regular update of internal reporting (business plans, investments performance, cash flow management)
- Assist with planning, organizing, and directing the completion of new investment projects
- Oversee communications from and to PE mangers and other investments partners (included but not limited to onboarding documentation, capital calls, distributions, redemptions, etc.)
- Assistance with implementation of BPMN

**Knowledge/Qualifications**
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably with a corporate service provider
- Strong academic track record demonstrating a general enthusiasm for learning new skills/ knowledge
- University degree in a relevant discipline in law, economics, business
- Knowledge of Luxembourg company law and regulation
- Experience in the real estate sector and/or in the investment fund industry will be considered as a plus
- Fluent in English
