**About this vacancy**:
You will be part of the Client Service team, which manages all aspects of client interaction. This includes supporting client onboarding and due diligence, delivering training on new products, addressing functional and technical product-related inquiries, providing regular service reports, and handling any issues or incidents, such as service disruptions.

**What we expect from you**:
Technical Skills
- Skilled in conveying technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
- Ability to collaborate internally with technical specialists to convey client requirements and relay solutions efficiently
- Ability to perform basic programming tasks (Python or scripting languages) or configure AI bots to support/automate service activities
- Strong interest in technical matters related to API service offerings

Client Management & Communication
- Skilled in customer management with ongoing client interactions, including handling tense or difficult situations
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of diplomacy
- Strong organizational skills and comfortable with frequent context switching across multiple products and clients

Regulatory Knowledge & Analytical Skills
- Strong interest in regulatory topics, with the ability to comprehend, organize, and synthesize regulatory information
- Enjoys reading regulatory texts and demonstrates intellectual curiosity to analyze documentation, reports, and related materials to deepen understanding
