Reporting into the Brand Marketing Director you will be instrumental in supporting the team to help raise Luxaviation’s brand message and retain our reputation of unity, luxury and longevity through creative and innovative marketing campaigns.
This opportunity is perfect for an individual who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment and is keen to gain experience in the different specialisms within brand marketing. You are highly organised and take a methodical approach to the task at hand. You have a positive, hands-on attitude and are full of creative ideas.

The position is home-based within South Africa.
**Your Journey**
- Developing visual concepts and designs that align with a brand’s identity and meet the needs of consumers and marketing teams.
- Creating artwork using Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to ensure designs accurately reflect the brand’s desired image and messaging.
- Researching current design trends and staying up to date on new technologies and techniques.
- Presenting design concepts to stakeholders for review and feedback.
- Making revisions and adjustments to designs based on feedback.
- Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Ensuring that all designs are produced to the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
- Providing support and guidance to stakeholders on the brand marketing.
- Participating in team meetings and providing input on design-related topics and projects.
**Your Strengths and Background**
- A diploma or equivalent in design; and/or 5 years of graphic design experience.
- A minimum of 3 years brand marketing experience.
- Experience in luxury brand markets in at least one of the following industries: luxury hospitality, luxury, fashion, lifestyle, design /art.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to correspond with different audiences.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and proficient computer skills with Microsoft O365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- WordPress knowledge is favourable.
- The ability to work independently and a well-structured approach to tasks. Your initial responsibility would be to assess and update global material to be in line with our current brand identity.
- A team-oriented, empathic, and communicative personality.
- The ability to embrace flexible work hours and use them to organise tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
