**Responsibilities**
**The Role**
You will be part of the dynamic and agile marketing team, working across multiple projects that offer fantastic breadth and the opportunity to develop a well-rounded marketing profile in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies, product launches and marketing campaigns
- Analyse market trends and consumer insights to support decision-making
- Assist with campaign briefs across creative, media, experiential and Influencer agencies on brand activities
- Assist in the digital content creation & SoMe profile and website management
- Drive influencer and social media strategies
- Project Lead in experiential events coordinating all key stakeholders
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders including R&D for product launches or sales team in delivering Key visuals, POP or implementing trade activities.
- Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to all marketing outputs
- Monitor marketing costs (POs & invoices)
**Your Profile**
**Requirements and skills**
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing or in Business Management
- 2+ years of experience in FMCG Marketing with exposure to brand and marketing mix development including digital marketing
- Fluent English written & spoken; second language will be considered as a plus
- Passion, high creativity, sense of esthetic and entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in project management & marketing briefs
- Excellent communication and organization skills (multi-tasker)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data effectively
- Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and have strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, experience to Circana/Nielsen databases as a plus
