**Location**: Pommerloch, Luxembourg **About Nutchel**: Nutchel is a dynamic, European and growing tourism scale-up offering a unique experience of disconnection and reconnection in lovely cosy cabins located in/near the forest. We are a team of more than 25 free, passionate and curious individuals who are obsessed with creating beauty in the world by building the most disrupting experience in tourism. Nutchel operates 2 forest camps: We offer short-stays & holidays to our hosts via our own website, we operate currently 2 forest camps: Nutchel Ardennes, in Belgium, and Nutchel Alsace, France. Our ambition is to create 3 additional domains within 5 years. Our clientele is mostly German, Belgian and Dutch. **Our why**:going to basics creates happiness We’re nature lovers, creators, adventure seekers, and **DOERS.** We are looking for a like-minded and passionate Brand Manager to take the lead on our Marketing actions. **Key responsibilities**: - Build the marketing strategy with the CEO and turn it into a set of actions to deploy on our core countries (Germany, Belgium, France): social media/press/indirect actions - Implement the sales & marketing actions, evaluate their performance to constantly improve our marketing strategies. - Build relationships with influencers, journalists and media outlets to increase the notoriety of the brand - Manage the creation of the content of the website, drive SEO/translation/writing - Eventually, write pitches, blog posts and articles when necessary **This job is the right one for you if**: - You are fluent in German and English (Dutch and French are a real plus : -)) - You are a **DOER**: you love turning ideas into concrete & measurable actions - You are a **CONQUISTADOR**: reinventing the game every day on how to generate new segment of clients, new leads, new markets - You consider yourself as **CREATIVE**: sensitive to the brand, to its values, to the product, to the way we promote it - You have already an experience on the marketing field where you have been able to initiate and lead actions, both online and offline.
