Service Owner

As a **Service Owner **(_M/F_), you will lead the development and management of a crucial development platform that will be utilized by hundreds of developers within a public administration context.

**Your responsability**:

- Develop a clear and compelling vision for the development platform
- Formulate and execute a strategic roadmap that outlines the evolution of the platform over time
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including developers, project managers, and business analysts
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to implementation and maintenance.
- Work closely with development teams to prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value and impact
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the platform provides an intuitive and user-friendly experience for developers
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback
- Develop and maintain a release schedule, coordinating with development and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely releases
- Implement effective communication strategies to inform users about upcoming releases and changes
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the platform and regularly monitor and report on its performance
- Collaborate with security experts to ensure the platform adheres to industry best practices and complies with relevant regulations
- Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard sensitive data and ensure a secure development environment
- Develop comprehensive documentation for developers, including user guides, API documentation, and best practices

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Service Owner in a similar context
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with public administration processes and requirements is a plus
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
- Strong experience in containerization, with a proven track record of effectively leveraging containerization technologies to enhance software development and deployment processes
