**Job Content**:
- Experience and knowledge in Fault & Performance management domains,
- Plan, configure, implement, manage, and maintain the Dynatrace tool by performing administrative tasks from the console,
- Create, maintain, and tune monitoring and notification rules in Dynatrace,
- Collaborate with clients and team Engineers to determine requirements for filters, events, alerts, dashboards, and reporting within Dynatrace,
- Act as SME for Dynatrace including day to day administration, configuration, and troubleshooting,
- Experience with Dynatrace installation, configuration, administration, tuning/adjustments of monitoring thresholds and notifications,
- 5+ years of solid scripting experience with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, Linux/Unix shell scripting or other programming languages,
- Knowledge and expertise network security, networks & services monitoring and performance management,
- Based on recommendations from management, implement new and improved processes, change processes, perform new tasks, create reports, and address ad-hoc requests,
- Good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Azure DevOps.
