**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate current business and **organizational processes** impacted by the M365 implementation, identify areas for improvement, and propose optimized workflows for operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with the customer team business stakeholders to gather requirements, pain points, and manual tasks, ensuring **comprehensive capture of process maps** and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in defining specifications for enhancing deployment processes, aiming to establish a ready **M365 environment**.
- **Organize and lead meetings and workshops** with relevant stakeholders to gather requirements and insights for optimizing existing processes and integrating M365 services.
- Work closely with the **ITSM tool owners** to define M365 services in the service catalog, including service ownership, support groups, relationships, and escalation paths.
- **Define and align M365 support** and operational workflows with stakeholders.
- **Analyze and optimize cloud** permissions models by collaborating with IT Security and IAM teams to propose enhanced RACI models for M365 services.
- **Define necessary testing environments** for new releases and workloads, ensuring effective testing and implementation processes.
- Identify deficiencies and gaps in processes, recommend solutions, and support their implementation.
- **Prepare specifications for new functionalities/processes resulting from M365 introduction**, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
- Operationalize the M365 support model, covering requests, monitoring, incident management, updates, e-discovery, and software releases.
- Collaborate with the M365 program team to streamline and e**nhance existing M365 processes and procedures**.
- **Design and propose an alignment strategy** for M365 operational excellence efforts, including health monitoring, updates, patches, alerting, and upgrades.
- Prepare comprehensive **documentation** and facilitate the smooth transition of deliverables upon project completion.

**PROFILE**:

- Minimum** 7 years of relevant professional experience**:

- Your are fluent in **English**:

- Proficiency in **agile business transformation projects**, process reviews, and digitization.
- Professional **expertise in change management, training, and communication related to implementation projects and process analysis**.
- Deep understanding of Cloud computing concepts and principles, particularly in **Microsoft 365**.
- Practical experience with **change management methodologies** (ADKAR, CCMP, 7-S).
- **Microsoft 365** **certifications** are advantageous.
