As Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale's multi expertise asset management arm, the La Française Group is a major player in asset management in France and Europe. The La Française Group's mission is to create and offer a range of multi expert conviction management solutions for third parties combining performance, sustainability, risk management and transparency. Since 2010, La Française has deployed internationally. The group is present in 10 countries in Europe and Asia, including a branch in Luxembourg or based at the post.
Attached to the International Communication team, you will actively participate in the implementation of the company's internal and external communication strategy.
**Profil**
- Content creation: write, translate, and adapt articles; create newsletters, LinkedIn posts, brochures, and presentations
- Digital communication: manage and animate social media channels (primarily in English, other languages depending on your profile); monitor performance and update the website
- Cross-functional collaboration: support marketing and sales teams across Germany, Italy, Spain, and Benelux on various communication initiatives
- Event coordination: assist in organizing international events (online and in-person)Trend monitoring: stay up to date with financial sector trends and best practices in communication
**Your Profil**:
- Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset
- High level of rigour and attention to detail
- Naturally creative with a talent for innovation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in English and French (German, Spanish, or Italian is a plus)Genuine interest in the financial sector and asset management
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- Currently enrolled in a communication, marketing, or business program (or equivalent)
- 0-2 years of experience in similar roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and digital communication tools (CMS, social media platforms, Canva, etc.)Quick to learn and adapt to new digital tools
