**Job Description**:
As Integrations Director - M&A you will play a crucial role in leading the integration processes for our mergers and acquisitions activities and support the due diligence processes. In this position, you will report directly to the Board of Directors and provide strategic guidance on all aspects of M&A integrations, collaborating closely with the Board of Directors to develop the overall M&A integration strategy, that aligns with the company's long-term objectives and growth plans.
**Responsibilities**:
- Integration Planning: Develop comprehensive integration plans that address the merging of business operations, systems, processes, and cultures. Ensure seamless integration to maximize synergies and achieve strategic objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, executive leadership, legal teams, finance teams, and other functional leaders, to provide regular updates on M&A integration activities and address any concerns or issues.
- Due Diligence: Support the due diligence process to assess the financial, operational, and legal aspects of potential M&A targets. Evaluate risks and opportunities to support informed decision-making.
- Post-Merger Integration: Oversee the execution of integration plans, including the coordination of cross-functional teams and monitoring of progress. Identify and address any integration challenges to ensure successful integration and realization of synergies.
- Compliance and Legal Considerations: Ensure all M&A activities comply with applicable regulations, laws, and corporate governance guidelines. Work closely with legal counsel to address any legal risks and ensure compliance throughout the M&A process.
- Lead / support specific strategic projects and initiatives within Byborg Group
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in M&A due diligence and integration, ideally in a senior management or director-level role.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex financial information and develop accurate financial models.
- Excellent negotiation and deal structuring skills, with a track record of successful M&A transactions.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to align M&A activities with the organization's long-term objectives.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple M&A transactions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to build and lead cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of adaptability.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
