**Responsibilities**
- Lead SAP transformations by defining future-proof architectures, ensuring quality standards and aligning solutions with business goals
- Provide technical expertise in SAP configuration, customization and integration while ensuring security, compliance and data privacy
- Drive end-to-end solution delivery, managing project timelines, budgets and resource allocation from inception to completion
- Foster collaboration between SAP consulting, engineering and business teams to optimize implementation and drive innovation
- Oversee client relationships, acting as a key escalation point and managing expectations while supporting pre-sales activities
- Build and develop high-performing teams, providing guidance, conducting performance evaluations and fostering continuous learning
- Ensure governance and continuous improvement, refining delivery processes, increasing efficiency and maintaining alignment with best practices

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field
- 8+ years of SAP consulting experience, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA implementations, migration and integration
- Deep expertise in SAP solutions, including S/4HANA (Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing), SAP SCM, SAP CX and related technologies
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex SAP projects and managing teams
- Solid knowledge of SAP methodologies (SAP Activate, Agile, etc.) and experience in project governance across stakeholders
- Experience with global delivery models, including onshore, nearshore and offshore outsourcing
- Proactive, self-motivated and adaptable, with excellent communication skills and a passion for staying ahead of SAP industry trends
- Very good knowledge of English

**Nice to have**
- SAP certifications (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Solution Architect) and expertise in emerging SAP technologies
- Experience in business development and pre-sales, including proposal creation and client presentations
- Knowledge of cloud-based SAP solutions (SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Platform) and integration with third-party systems
