Started 2019 in Sweden as an eco-friendly apparel brand for people who love tennis, padel, value clean Scandinavian design & sustainability.

Now with headquarters and a warehouse in Luxembourg, Nordicdots ships orders worldwide to 100+ countries.

**Role**

**Responsibilities**
- You will be working with clothes and need to like ironing, steaming, packing, wrapping
- Putting goods on the shelves, controlling the packaging quality. Repacking if needed
- Daily fulfill B2C orders coming from online store: pick, pack and hand over the packages to external carriers
- Communicate with shipping carriers
- Create shipping lables with multiple carriers: FedEx, DHL, DPD, prepare customs documents
- Coordinate international shipments from suppliers in China to Luxembourg
- General warehouse maintenance and inventory control
- Receiving and scanning of goods
- Return management
- Maintenance of systems and databases: Shopify, Mirakl, Amazon, etc
- Work closely with management on logístical projects

**Requirements**:

- Experience of working in warehouse, order preparation, e-commerce
- Big plus if you play tennis and understand racket specifications
- Fluent English written and verbal. Chinese is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of Shopify is a plus
- Understanding of e-commerce and sporting goods business
- Self-motivated, proactive with a high energy level
- Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines in a timely manner
- Strong follow-up skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Eager to learn, take on challenges and responsibility
