Fondée en 1856, la Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL) est la plus ancienne banque universelle du Grand-Duché. Depuis sa création, elle joue un rôle actif dans les principales phases du développement de l'économie luxembourgeoise. Elle exerce aujourd'hui les métiers de banque de détail, banque privée et banque des entreprises et participe aux marchés de capitaux. Responsabilités
**Votre mission**:
Vous ferez partie de l'équipe Business Office au sein de la ligne EU Business Owners & Family Offices. Au cours du stage, vous soutiendrez les (Senior) Associate Relationship Managers et le responsable d‘équipe dans les différentes tâches journalières liées à l’activité des clients du Wealth Management.
**Vos principales tâches**:
- Gestion des opérations journalières de base des clients (réception des demandes, support pour le traitement des demandes, saisie, contrôle et archivage)
- Contrôle et suivi de process spécifiques dans un but qualitatif
- Préparation des rendez-vous clients
- Support pour l’analyse et l’exploitation de données
Exigences obligatoires
**Votre profil**:
- Idéalement en Bac+2 ou Bac+3 dans une filière financière / comptable
- Avoir un intérêt pour l’environnement bancaire
- Être méthodique, autonome, rigoureux (-se) et organisé(e)
- Être orienté(e) Client / Résultat
- Connaissance de Microsoft Office (Word / Excel, Access est un atout)
- Esprit d'équipe / Résistance au stress
- Maîtrise du Français (l'anglais est un atout)
- Etre disponible six mois
