We are currently assisting our partner, a Management Company in Luxembourg that established their business over twenty years ago, and ideally located in the heart of the city center, in their search for their 50 people-sized structure.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Manager - In-House - ManCo - Corporate - Legal

As Corporate Manager within this Management Company, you will have the chance to be exposed to operational and managerial responsibilities. This means you will develop your soft skills while maintaining your level of expertise.

Training and coaching a team of about five people, from juniors to seniors, will be part of your daily attributions. You will directly report to the Head of the Private Debt Department.

You will be asked to review, analyze and implement new internal procedures to improve the daily life of the department.

You will supervise the daily management of entities and handle various tasks such as board meetings organizations, approval of annual accounts, and the drafting of legal documentation (loan agreements, contracts, shareholders loan).

You have acquired a strong Luxembourgish experience in a Legal position for at least six years, allowing you a genuine knowledge of the local’s specificities and a pleasant level of autonomy.

You have already been exposed to the Investment Funds sector, and more specifically to a client portfolio composed of Private Debt, SCSP, SPVs, SARL,...

A university degree in law will be considered an additional asset.

You are proficient in English, which means that you feel comfortable in a multicultural work environment and will be able to build strong relationships with your future colleagues.

You are highly competent in your tasks and an optimist who enjoys sharing knowledge with your collaborators to make the global team grow.
