**Missions**
**Assistant to the Real Estate Fund Manager in the daily tasks, which involves among others**:
- Supervision of internal and external stakeholders;
- Support in financing and structuring analysis;
- Participation in production of financial reports and review of assets valuation (appraisers, investors, management committee, ) and corporate governance;
- Calculation of key performance indicators, covenants and AML/KYC checks.
**Assistant to the Real Estate Fund Controller in the daily tasks, which involves**:
- Support in periodic financial controls;
- Contribute to external audit coordination and budget planning activities;
- Participation in the evolution of management and control tools.
**Compléments**:
- A tripartite (school, company and student) internship agreement is mandatory for this role.
- Niveau d'études minimum : Bac + 4 / M1
- Niveau d'expérience minimum**:0 - 2 ans
- Expérience :A first experience in a banking environment is ideal
**Formation / Spécialisation**
- Enrolled in a Business School / University with a specialization in Market Finance;
- Languages: Fluent in English, good level in French, German or Italian could be a plus;
- Excellent skills in Word and Excel;
- Qualities required: organization and planning skills, rigor, proactivity, sense of initiative, flexibility, good analytical skills and synthesis, ability to anticipate and react quickly, adaptability.
