Afin de supporter la Risk Support Team du Business Banking Guided, nous recherchons un stagiaire Business Banking Guided pour renforcer nos équipes. Ce stage s'inscrit pour une durée de 6 mois à débuter en décembre 2024.

Vos Missions

En tant que stagiaire RST Support Officer, vous découvrirez, entre autres, la vision bancaire de l’activité consistant à la régularisation de clients en dépassement non autorisé en nos livres.
- Assurer un accueil téléphonique de qualité à la clientèle nous contactant dans le cadre du traitement de leur dossier et aux collègues de la banque.
- Analyser la situation des clients dans le cadre des dossiers qui nous incombent et prendre les actions nécessaires.
- Prendre en charge le traitement des retours courriers au sens large (réponses clients, courriers retournés par la poste,).
- Assurer la bonne exécution de toutes les tâches administratives et/ou opérationnelles nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du service.
- Apporter un soutien « day to day banking » à l’équipe.

Votre Profil

Connaissances et expériences
- Bac+3 à orientation économique ou financière.
- Une première expérience dans le secteur financier sera considérée comme un atout.

Compétences
- Aisance relationnelle et sens commercial.
- Avoir un intérêt réel pour le monde des institutions financières et des entreprises.
- Etre autonome et proactif.
- Etre rigoureux.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques et bureautiques, en particulier Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet.

Langues
- La connaissance orale et écrite du français et de l’anglais est indispensable.
- La maîtrise de toute autre langue (luxembourgeois, néerlandais, allemand ) sera considérée comme un atout.
