Your Responsibilities | Legal - Corporate - Senior Officer - PFS

You handle the daily corporate affairs of a collection SOPARFIs, Holdings and PE/RE Funds from the constitution to the liquidation, and every step in between;
You draft and review corporate documentation and agreements cascading from all these proceedings (financial statements, articles of association, statements of seat change, etc).

You serve as the main contact person for clients and coordinate the linked business operations of all relevant stakeholders (p.eg.: Compliance Team, Auditors, lawyers and financial authorities);
You arrange board and shareholder meetings, draft the related documentation and may be asked to attend;
You supervise the output of junior team members and actively contribute to their performance reviews so to render them confident and autonomous collaborators.

Profile and Career Path | Legal - Corporate - Senior Officer - PFS

You possess three or more years of experience in a similar position within a comparable firm (PFS Fiduciary, ManCo or Big Four);
You are masterful in both written and spoken English;
You possess an analytical mind on top of being very familiar with the local fund ecosystem;
You are driven by the wish to deliver excellent corporate services through pro-activity and tailor-made client solutions.

Your salary will be up to 63 000€ gross per year this salary will be a function of your experience and career background. In addition to this attractive salary, you will receive meal vouchers, health insurance, and a discretionary bonus(substantially higher in comparison to industry standards in Luxembourg).
