Senior Corporate Officer - Your Responsibilities:
- Daily governance of the corporate department
- Assisting in all aspects of governance issues, including board meetings, agendas, and resolutions
- Collaborating with various internal operational teams
- Supporting the processing of company documentation and requests
- Assisting in the review and analysis of various documents
- Contributing to maintaining a healthy corporate administration
- Ensuring follow-up on client requests
Senior Corporate Officer - Your Profile:
- Fluent in English; proficiency in any other language is considered an asset
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in this field
- Prior experience in a Service Provider will be considered a major advantage
- Dynamic, rigorous, and organized
