Im Zuge unseres Wachstums suchen wir weitere Verstärkung für die Flossbach von Storch Invest S.A. in Luxemburg. Ganz konkret suchen wir einen Fund Operations Specialist (m/w/d), der Lust hat, viele Bälle gleichzeitig in der Luft zu halten und damit als wichtige Schnittstelle reibungslose Abläufe zu sichern.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- ** Abstimmung** operationeller Themen in der Wertschöpfungskette zwischen Portfolio Management, Trading, Middle Office und den Back Office Bereichen
- Oversight Verwahrstelle, Transfer Agent und Fondsbuchhaltung sowie tägliche **Fondspreiskontrolle**:

- Koordination und Verbesserung von **Reporting-Themen** (regulatorisch sowie businessseitig) sowie Erstellung von Reportings und Berechnungen (wie zum Beispiel Taxe d´Abonnement, CSSF Reportings, Bundesbankmeldungen etc.)
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung von **Bestandsvergütungen** sowie **Sales Reports**:

- ** Bearbeitung** von fondsspezifischen Kosten und Rechnungen
- Koordination und **Beantwortung** fondsspezifischer Anfragen
- Bereitstellung der aktuellen **Fondsdaten für Fondsdatenprovider**:

- ** Projektarbeit** sowie Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Produktideen

**Ihr Profil**:

- ** Erfahrung**:Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzdienstleistungen oder bei einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft
- ** Kenntnisse**:Fundiertes Wissen im operationellen Bereich der Fondsindustrie (Fondsbuchhaltung/ Fund Accounting) und Regulatorik
- ** Qualifikation**:Ausbildung oder Studium (z.B. Bankkaufmann (m/w/d), Investmentfondskaufmann (m/w/d), Bankbetriebswirt (m/w/d), BWL/VWL/Wirtschaftswissenschaften/Mathematik)
- ** Sprachen**:Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
- ** Darüber hinaus**:Hohe Eigeninitiative und Teamorientierung
