'In charge of Planning & Scheduling of Rail & internal Hubs activities, manage a team of 2 people
Rail activity:
- Manage the rail contract with CFL Cargo.
- Defintion and follow-up of performances KPI's
- Establishement and follow-up of yearly Budget
- Middle and long term planning of the rail
- Scheduling of daily rail ressources ( tractions in the mills, empty wagons
- Sizing of rial ressources for different flows from Luxembourg
- Lead the weebly S&OP with CFL Cargo.
- Coordonate scrap inboud with Head of Scrap
Internal Hubs:
- Manage external Hubs Actvity (Antwerp, Mertert, AMCLE
- Definition and follow-up of performances KPI's
- Establishement and follow-up of yearly Budget.
- Lead weekly S&OP with different external hubs ( Antwerp, Mertert, AMCLE
- Identify and manage bottlenecks
- Cost negociations with Purchasing Team ( EPO)
- Back+3 in Supply Chain or Logistic
- Experience of 3 to 5 years in similar position
- Dynamic, persistent, working autonomously and taking initiatives
- Results oriented, stress resistant
- Good communication skills and leadership, stakeholders
- French & English (Fluent), good level in German could be a positive additionnal asset.
