**Position**: **GH intérim Sàrl** is a company created and managed by two partners who are experienced in the field of human resources for many years now. The teams of **GH intérim** are made up of passionate people, speaking French, German, English, Dutch, Luxembourgish, etc. and with several years of experience in HR in Luxembourg. **GH Interim is looking for a "Wagon shipments coordinator LPL" for a client in Belval & Differdange.** **Your responsibilities**: - Manage, support and monitor the service and the overall performance of the rail transport to decrease rotation days and maximize service and performance - Work closely with subcontractors, Rail operator, sales department and the mill to improve rail deliveries performance - Coordinate actions to prioritize wagons when delivery targets may be missed (proactivity) - Monitor volumes against transport capacities in the full transport (up to unloading points capacities) - Manage, coordinate alternatives and take actions to face traffic restrictions - Full follow-up of wagons fleet across Europe in coordination with Steeltrack (tools and people) - Communicate on wagons localization and status requests from the organization - Pro-active communication with sales department and customers when deviations - Participate in the routing decision process - Coordinate empty wagons return and availability when empty wagons missing - Monitor and develop the processes already in place with a view to improving them using relevant KPIs - Analyze and report to management the performance indicators and quality of service of wagon transport activities - Update leadtimes in our information system according to reality - Be proactive in setting up innovative projects - Participate in annual negotiations and performance reviews **Your profile**: **Qualifications**: - At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of transport or supply chain in a similar industry - Critical thinking skills and knowledge of analytics - Good analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure - Team spirit is required - Strong written and oral communication skills - Godd Excel knowledge - SAP-SD is an advantage - Language Skills : English & French is required - German and other languages are an advantage **GH intérim**, **G**et **H**ired
